Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from original purchase date. Products must be in the same condition as they arrived. 

1. Email info@tlc4x4.com with your order number, reason for return, and a picture of the product. 
2. We will send you an email authorizing the return. 
3. Print a copy of this email to include with your return. 
4. Mail return to the address below.

5. A refund will be applied to you when the product is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges up to 30 days from original purchase date. Products must be in the same condition as they arrived.

2. We will send you an email authorizing the exchange. 
3. Print a copy of this email to include with your exchange. 
4. Mail exchange to the address below.

5. We will send the new product when your exchange arrives, and will send you a separate invoice for return shipping.
